Tyler Patrick Warren, 24 of Littleton, NC passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019.
He was born in Halifax County and was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Phyllis and Tommy Warren.
Tyler is survived by his mother, Stephanie Pericak and, Gil McCollough of Littleton; his father, Pat Warren of Darlington, his son River Bradley Smith of Sanford, NC; his brother, Justin Alan Warren of Wilmington, NC; his sister, Elizabeth Grace Pericak of Littleton; his maternal Grandparents, Beth and Tommy Story of Littleton, uncle, Hunter Story of Greenville, NC; his uncle, Chris Warren and his wife Gretchen, Nashville, NC; and his cousins, Maggie Vester of Greenville, NC; Britney Warren, Chad Warren and his wife Melissa all of Darlington; special mother figure, "Mama" Terry Walters and special friend, Patrick McCollough.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 2PM in the Chapel of Askew Funeral & Cremation Services in Roanoke Rapids, NC with Christopher Pierce officiating.
Family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home.
